no group applications please, everybody has to make his own application and will join as a single unit, means there are no own groups inside my clan.

Well I think they can join us with !FULL! mage cp, and play as they wan't, just sometimes come help us pvp/rb etc.

Hmm yes, it will be like constant party system, they have their own leader, but as i see you won't this system, so i don't care about them. ;]
